Yesterday, I was honored to photograph the First Annual Detroit Classic Boat Regatta. This lovely yacht, Bernida, has such a rich history, racing in the first ever Bayview to Mackinac race in 1925 and winning! After careful restoration, the current owner is planning to sail in this year’s Bayview Mackinac race!
